Once a favorite place to dine, somewhat close to our house, tonight topped off with the pain of the last two visits, decided to get up from our table after sitting 20 minutes, thanks but no thanks

My bf and I were staying at the palms this past weekend and there wasn't much to eat at the time so we went to sendnoodles. Right off the bat it was a terrible start. The hostess Mia was terribly rude the whole time and had an attitude from when we approached to when she sat us. Didn't even acknowledge us when we approached the podium. Then just looked at us like we were intruding on her personal time. Finally got her to seat us for two. The rest of the service was average. Our server, I think was Mary. The food was pretty good though. We had the black bean chicken, some fried rice, and Singapore noodles. Next time I'd probably do to go unless that hostess is there again. They'd probably get a better review as well.

Food: basic Asian dishes for a casino resort (off-strip); Lacking flavors Service and Ambience: the casino vibe is there as it's near the long lines of the buffet. Small place, so it has decent service. Low expectations. For off-strip in a casino resort and at the current prices for basic dishes, it's better to go further to Chinatown and get better quality for the prices.

It got a bit chilly here while on vacation. So I wanted some soup.I had the won wonton and it was amazing!! Will keep this in mind for our next trip to stop again. Parking is free at The Palms so worth the drive. The broth was so flavorful and full of wontons, shrimp and pork.

Food is like a 2 1/2 had Ramen, pho Service is 0 The host was super friendly. I stood their waiting to be offered help as Raye and the other waitress stared at me when they finally decided to tell the hostess I was waiting. Raye was SUPER rude SUPER unfriendly. I will never come back here. My family and friends were super upset and felt unwelcome. I will also be mentioning my experience in my Palms survey. Raye looked over my shoulder as I wrote her a $20 tip that's being generous. (For a party of 6- she included I MUST give 18 percent) so my husband gave me a 20 cash to add. Considering I didn't want to I still did! Your business will never grow with employees like this. My mother did speak to the top Chef in white about our experience. It's unfortunate. Raye learn some kindness in customer service.

Vacationing in Las Vegas. Went to Send Noodles located in The Palms Hotel and Casino on Easter Sunday because other restaurant we wanted to try had a 90 minute wait list. Hostess said wait was about 30 minutes for 3 people; however wait was over 60 minutes. Place is small with a counter and less than 10 tables. We were finally seated and waited about 5 minutes before server greeted us.Granted, it looked like there were only 2 servers which included our server. We ordered 2 appetizers. The tempura green beans and salt and pepper calamari. The tempura green beans were tasty. However, it looked like they placed the green beans in the batter and then deep fried because the beans were stuck together and some were not completely battered. It tasted like it was not deep fried long enough because it was not as crispy as we would like. Had to cut them to eat them. We ordered the chicken chow fun, singapore noodles and the oxtail soup which was their Sunday special. They have a a special for each day of the week. The best meal was the oxtail soup with carrots. Broth was light and not salty. It came with 2 large pieces, 3 medium pieces and several small pieces of oxtail. A bit fatty, but cooked well. The meat was fork tender and pulled off the bone with ease. We ordered a side dish of noodles to add to the soup. The chicken chow fun had plenty of chicken which was cooked well. Tender and not dry. Noodles were tasty and not overcooked. It was a bit greasy though. The singapore noodles had plenty of shrimp and BBQ pork. Not too spicy which is the way I like it. You can ask them to cater the spiciness to your taste. This dish was tasty as well. There are other Asian restaurants you can try first before going to Send Noodles.

I'll be honest. I had an event at the Palms inside Scotch 80, which led to Ghostbar, which led to me consuming a little toooo much champagne. So naturally, I needed some grub to eat before I drove my little self home. Enter Send Noodles. Other than the food court, there wasn't much open inside Palms past 11pm. Send Noodles was my savior. They were open! And they weren't McDonalds! So many wins already. The only sad thing was that they were PACKED! It was only a Thursday, so I was a little shocked. The hostess was super nice and just let us know that unless we were on the waitlist (if you're reading this, get on the waitlist!) or had a reservation, they weren't seating any new people. After a while, my friend and I decided what if we just order to go and then go to the food court to eat it? We asked the really nice hostess and she said of course you can do that! So we placed our order. I ordered the house ramen and potstickers. My friend got the pad thai and then ordered us some mochi to share. I got so full from the ramen and potstickers that I didn't even get a chance to try the mochi haha. The ramen was soooo good! The broth was delicious. I liked the way they packed it to go because they separated the ramen from the broth so I just poured it in when I was ready to devour it! The potstickers were soooo good, too. Definitely would recommend this spot to check out if you're in the mood for some ramen and are at The Palms. Also, the name... I mean come on. Pretty good! ;)

The first couple times i came here it was extremely crowded with long long wait and now i know why. i eat her 3 times nowanf the food is so good. Ftesh, hot, and the staff works as a team so the check you frequently to make sure everything is good! The cooks are the best and Winnie is the most amazing server. i though it is her restaurant because she really knows how to anticipate what you need and she alwayd has a smile. i will be a regilar because it is hard to find great restaurants like this with good servic.e Winnie and the cooks make this a 10 star establishment because 5 stars is not enough! Thanks or the great food and excellent service!

I'm giving 4 stars. Food is delicious everything you order, but the waitress women are terrible bad attitude and so rude I would gave them 5 stars but since the waitress are so dam rude don't deserve the 5 star

Mia was the hostess she was amazing, friendly and nice! The rating does not rate her service. We had ordered the lo mein with beef and the combination fried rice no pork. The guy behind us paid for our order which was nice of him. The dining wait time was going to be 15 min so we decided to order Togo. We get to the room and we got the beef chow fun which was good but not what we ordered instead of the beef lo mein. The fried rice had pork in it. The fried rice had no flavor and they did not give us soy sauce or sriracha. That's why the low rating. It's located in the casino loud ambiance.

I am a regular at Palms and our fav restaurant is here! I order the tempura green beans, and my new fav is their beef chow fun. The best server is Qing Qing! She's always so happy. Remembers my name and it makes me feel good. Her service is always excellent too. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal. :)

First off, food is great. Service and management is just down right horrible, apparently they are unable to control the flow of food, so if your buddy got his food 40mins before you did and your sitting there praying its coming then your out of luck. So expecting dinner to be served at the same time is too much to ask for? The comical part is when i brought up the issue to the manager she said theres nothing she could do and asked me what she should, lol, like i get pay to do her job, how does she become manager? Is the ppl that hired her are just as useless?

Send Help!! Was more like it. I had high hope for this place and we were hungry and ready to eat. Instead we were told it'll be an hour wait so we waited. 2 hours later we got our table and seated by the nice hostess however 20 minutes later we were still sitting at the table with no one to acknowledge us nor offered any water. I proceed to make another reservation elsewhere nearby, told the hostess we will come back another time and left hungry and disappointed. They definitely need to hire more servers, bussers and expand their venue. Hoping they improve so I can return someday to give them another chance.

Food is good! When in Vegas, you must try this small Asian restaurant/bistro located inside Palms Casino . I've eaten at this place multiple times and it does not disappoint. My family and I are always leaving full. They have multiple varieties of Asian dishes, and the dishes are prepared just right over the counter. There was even a time when Chef Francis Mo came over our table and had a nice friendly conversation with us. I must warn you that this place can get very busy.
