I Love the sear on their burgers. So delicious. I had the double shack burger w/ the Arnold Palmer today. Though I feel the burger bun should be toasted in a general sense, the patties just melt in your mouth. Again...DELICIOUS! The gentleman that brought me my food was quite kind and asked if I needed anything else to which I replied that I didn't. These kind folks will always have my buisness.
The food at this location was delicious and the establishment was clean. The employee Jay is great. It’s hard to find great customer service but it does exist. Jay has a great spirit, enjoys working and it comes through in how he treats customers.
I expected more from this Shake Shack chain.
The burgers are nothing special - missing some key interesting ingredients, the large fries for two are easy to break,for drink refill you need to ask at the counter.
Otherwise clean restaurant,nice staff,but a but expensive for what you get.
