Amazing noodle place. All noodles are handmade in front of you. Dumplings were amazing too. We were happy that we found this place. It's super cheap for such high quality food.

We stopped by Shang Artisan Noodle for a quick lunch and were blown away by how good it was! The hand-pulled noodles were incredibly fresh and flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice. The dishes were well-balanced, comforting, and clearly made with care.

The interior is stylish yet welcoming, and the service was both friendly and efficient. A fantastic spot for a casual meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. Highly recommend!

Every trip to Vegas, I stop here. The beef soup with hand pulled noodles, are things dreams are made of. The staff is fast, courteous, and most importantly accurate. There can be a 30 minute wait, this establishment keeps a full house. One of the best bowls of beef soup in North America.
