Service was slow when I was in a rush with tired kids and there were only three other drinks to make ahead of us. Customers should be prioritized over refilling random boba bins. 3 staff should be able to make 2 drinks super fast. Then one of my drinks was caffeinated which was completely unclear from the menu which just mentioned fruit and not tea. Lastly the same drink had something crunchy in it, which was not normal. It was like crusty boba or plastic or something foreign, I couldn’t tell. I just stopped drinking and threw it out. I would have gone back but did not have time to replay the slow service.

Wintermelon is good but customer service needs some work though. I had to ask if the place is open as no one greeted when i entered. Open signage wasnt visible outside and tinted glass was too dark as i cant confirm if they’re open.

I ordered the matcha creama and I usually love everything matcha flavored but… this just tasted purely like milk. I was already having a bad day but this drink made me start crying silently in the car. My life is ruined by this drink.
I love share tea but that w girl need to give some respect not all the people will stand her attitude and not dump the tea on her head?

Speedy service even on a Saturday afternoon. Went for the classic black pearl one - loved that you can customize the sweetness (went for light) and the ice quantity.
My wintermelon lemonade tasted like taro bubble tea. I think the folks didnt wash the spoon and used the same spoon to make/mix multiple different drinks. They made another one for me when I complained.

This branch has gone downhill from when they first opened. Staff is horrible and not accommodating. So different from when my first visit years ago! Used to be my fave boba spot for us a family of 4 that usually goes at least twice a month. Never again we will support your business. Today is 7/21 sunday none of the staff was doung any type of customer service especially the tallest male staff that has curly hair. I complained about my drink and he just responded that my drink was not supposed to ice blended even though the picture clearly show it was. He just walked away. My drink was not even close to the one that shows on the poster. Horrible staff ruins the brand! I rarely give bad reviews but this one needed to be said.
