Should be 5 stars... Ive only eaten here once for lunch, and my ramen was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! However, the service was not... It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very good. The place had 3 tables when I walked in, so I would be the 4th. There were 2 people servicing the dining room, and it still took a minute for them to seat me, and there were 2 dirty tables. The food was fast and tasted remarkable! Within a minute of entering we were seated and had placed our order. Within 5 we received our food and it was insanely flavorful. The heavy broth was filling and every bite was better than the last. The portions were perfectly sized and at the end of our visit the bill was notably less than I would have happily paid for such amazing food. You've got to try it yourself to appreciate it fully.

They have a good happy hour with a large portion for the price. The tonkatsu ramen was flavorful, especially after adding some of the dried garlic chips into the bowl that they have in the condiments on the table.
