They have a good happy hour with a large portion for the price. The tonkatsu ramen was flavorful, especially after adding some of the dried garlic chips into the bowl that they have in the condiments on the table.

Should be 5 stars... Ive only eaten here once for lunch, and my ramen was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! However, the service was not... It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very good. The place had 3 tables when I walked in, so I would be the 4th. There were 2 people servicing the dining room, and it still took a minute for them to seat me, and there were 2 dirty tables. Now, that's not the end of the world, but the service I received was just fairly slow and a bit cold. For 2 servers and 4 tables, they should have been on top of everything with everyone, and as a server, in general, they should be more up best and pleasant. Hopefully, this is an easy fix. I will be back to see if it improves.

The food was fast and tasted remarkable! Within a minute of entering we were seated and had placed our order. Within 5 we received our food and it was insanely flavorful. The heavy broth was filling and every bite was better than the last. The portions were perfectly sized and at the end of our visit the bill was notably less than I would have happily paid for such amazing food. You've got to try it yourself to appreciate it fully.

Amazing Ramen. Spicy miso is a particular favorite of mine, but the black garlic is rich, filling, and delicious. Sapporo and Modelo on tap. And tasty appetizers. Portions are filling and reasonably priced with a vegan ramen option if you are so inclined.

Takoyaki is bigger than most I've had but the outside was perfect, with the bottoms being uniquely crispy in a way I'd never had before. Fantastic. I also had the spicy miso ramen, broth was fantastic and flavorful, deliciously spicy without being over the top. The egg on top was cooked absolutely perfectly. Can't wait to come back to Vegas to have this again.

The food is always so good but the server tonight was pretty awful. They were open for another 30 45 min and I seen her turn away at least 5 people lying saying they were closed. Couldnt get a smile from her and everything was very curt. To the owner shes costing you money. To the server herself: If u dont want to be up and working late dont take the night shift in Las Vegas.

I had the black garlic tonkatsu ramen. The pork and noodles were dried out, but the broth was good. The sushi seemed like it came from a grocery store and not freshly prepared. Very disappointing.

I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and it was warm, pork was tough, and noodles we're chewy. Server was distant with us most the time.

I want to start off that the decor here is so beautiful. It's a very 'rustic' sort of feeling to it with some modern points. You have to wait to be seated but the service is typically quick. My partner and I ordered Gyoza and Chili Edamame Which came out pretty quickly. We got through the Gyoza and part of the Edamame by the time the Spicy Miso Soup came out; which was pretty quick. The server even honored the 1 free soda. Food wise, it was incredible. I'm a particularly picky eater and this food blew me away. The gyoza was fried perfectly and the sauce that came with it was amazing. It was acidic but sweet. Which, when paired up with that amazing Chili Edamame added a completely different taste. The Edamame was extremely good on its own as well. But that Miso soup really took the cake. The meet was extremely tender and I was blessed with a very fatty piece which, I love fat on my meat, my boyfriend had less fat on his so if you don't like fat on your meat it's going to be a gamble. The broth was amazing. The components just worked together amazingly. I suppose my only "complaint" is the lack of options but if I'm being honest, the simplicity was very helpful to me and my partner whom can never choose.

Dear Friday Morning Server Maybe u haven't gotten the right training so let me help u out. I worked across the street at Kaizen for a couple of years. First off when a customer walks in the door u greet them with a "Good Morning", "HOW R U", or like in other ramen shops "Ira Shai Mase". Shouting out guest numbers is tacky. 2. Always give out straws with water. 3. When apps are ordered drop share plates. 4. When the food gets dropped u must always always always serve utensils and not let ur customers get up to get them. I perfer to drop them as they walk in along with waters. but its ur prerogative. 5. When serving mochi ice cream put a toothpick in it so we dont have to use our hands. Or at least make sure they still have their utensils. 6. When a customer has a request like can u cut it in 4 u say of course, sure, certainly, or yes with a huge a** smile. Dont look disgusted and go back to ur coworker to talk s**** Yes i saw and heard u. Those are the main things u should follow and maybe ur tips will increase. actually I promise u it will. Always remember no matter how u feel that day u look and treat every customer like their about to hand u the million dollar prize bcuz u never know if ur serving a person who could change ur life forever. Just speaking from experience. KNOW WHAT THEY NEED BEFORE THEY KNOW SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO ASK. And thats they key to 100% customer satisfaction. Now ur welcome always, Joy

Mood - lunch Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. Was ushered to sit down wherever I chose as it was after the lunch rush I assume. Opted for the black garlic Tonkatsu, spicy chili edamame, gyoza, and takoyaki. I particularly enjoyed the ramen very full of flavor and the edamame. Interior is several tables that adorn both walls along with a very large family style seating in the middle. Music was playing in the background, plus a television as well. Everything was very clean. The staff made sure our table was well taken care of, which was nice. I love great customer service. Would recommend- pricing is reasonable, plus is you go during happy hour there are certain specials they offer. Location is Harmon/ Paradise - ample parking

Another awesome Ramen restaurant, this is the 1st one and they just opened a 2nd one on Fremont Street. Was by myself and ordered 4 items. Was asked how I liked the food? I mentioned the Shoyu Tonkotsu was a bit bland but adored everything else. The black garlic Tonkotsu was incredible, the chicken karaage and steamed potstickers/gyozas were also delectable. The 2 people working 8/25/2019 were very friendly and passionate about the restaurant. They comp'd my Shoyu Tonkotsu and I didn't even realize it. Great customer service, excellent tasting food and for sure will be back.

Karaage -refried, very upset Cheese tonkatsu - refried, the batter was thicker than the thin sheet of pork. The cheese is non existing. I think it all leaked out during refrying? It was very hard and dry. I hate it. Spicey ramen was decent. Shoyo tonkatsu- I taste the seasoning from instant noodle. No home made broth should have any taste the resemble instant noodle seasoning. Aweful I would never come back. I hate restaurant who offer appetizer, "izakaya" at ramen place and cut corners. There is a certain expectation/ standard if you use "izakaya" in your brand. Just don't offer it at all if you not going to do it right. You are cheating your customers and doing yourself a dis- service. People can tell if food is not made fresh.

We had spicy miso ramen, edamame, a spicy tuna roll, and a California roll, and everything was just perfect! Really delicious food, amazingly affordable prices, great service, clean, good music, 5 stars for sure. My new favorite spot!
