Booked a patio pool room SOLELY for the pool. Pool is closed. No communication prior. Now we are stuck on the first floor looking at a locked pool
Also, a large chunk of hair and footprint on a pillow case
Then the lovely people staying next door took one of our balcony chairs. When i went outside to see where my chair was going , she told me to “step outside to settle it”. We are switching rooms
We recently had a four night stay here, and will not be coming back. First, they never came to clean the room at all, take the garbage, refill towels. We had to call four different times, to get them to bring us any towels. On the first two calls, they said it might take a minute for them to bring them to us or we could go down and get them.
