Very unfortunate and discouraging experience. After eating at this location numerous times this was beyond a let down. My partner and I both got tonkotsu ramen and the broth tasted like dirty dish water. There's no better way to explain it. Neither of us took a bit of the ramen, just tasted the broth. We walked out still paying $27 total. For a sprite, one hot tea, and two appetizers. No, the ramen was not taken off the bill. Only discounted. We drive down from Utah for date nights on the weekend and this was a crummy waste of gas this time. Monta down the street is better. They took care of us right after this.

The food at Silverlake Ramen was incredible, and the service made it even better. Yuree, the store manager who also served us, was outstanding — attentive, professional, and so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Overall good place to visit: they offer a variety of foods to try, Ramen taste very good, very authentic point I tried different ones in my life and this place offers a very balanced variety of everything so it is definitely worth trying!

Traveling from Germany and this is one of the best ramen we had for a long time! Service was amazing, very clean and good atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend. Had the classic ramen and some appetizers - all very delicious!

First time here. The place is bright and well-lit. I wanted to see how hot the Blaze dish would be, but I saw the Spicy Shoyu Tonkotsu with cilantro, and it piqued my taste buds.
I selected level 5 of the spicy hot meter. Most wouldn't taste the cilantro with a mouth on fire, but it was really good.
My server could not believe I ate it all without tearing an eye.

Ok the food is pretty good. Well at least what I ordered..so I go in today to order some food at 10:55pm. It says they close at 12 am. First off the doors were locked at 11pm..they wouldn't take an order they say after 11pm..I was there a little before 11pm and they still locked the door. But why say you close at 12, when you won't even take an order a whole hour before you are suppose to even close. That's very weird. Don't have on the website and maps that you close at 12 when you clearly don't. It pissed me off tbh. Why do this..you can't stay open until 12 like everywhere says you do?
