We have always been happy with this restaurant...great innovative food, creative presentation, pleasant staff. But on our recent visit, we experienced some terrible customer service and we will NOT return. There are too many fine restaurants in the downtown area where the food is great and there is wonderful customer service. They will be getting our business in the future.

Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas.

The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try.
