Smash and Slice is a small restaurant with a walk-up counter and limited seating. It shares a busy parking lot with a popular gym, which can make finding a spot difficult. The staff behind the counter is exceptionally nice and helpful, offering a huge hello and checking on customers during their meal to ensure everything is going well.

The menu features excellent smashburgers, including a double version, which one reviewer called creative, delicious, and worthy of being in a hall of fame. The onion rings and sidewinder fries are also delish, with the fries being a huge portion. For pizza, the Grandma’s pizza and the Detroit-style pizza of the month receive high praise for their flavor, with one person calling it the best pizza ever. A minor critique is that the dough on the Detroit style can have a little too much chew. While the food is highly recommended, one should use caution with delivery orders, as mistakes have been made, such as sending a plain pepperoni pizza instead of a specific order.
