Based on guest reviews, Shang Artisan Noodle is an amazing place with unbelievable food. The service is top tier, fabulous, and extremely friendly. The restaurant is clean, organized, and fast, with a contemporary cool chic look and vibe. The noodles are made fresh daily, and diners can watch them being hand made right behind the counter, which is super cool. Specific meals mentioned include the cucumber salad, beef pancakes, dan-dan noodles, Shang Beef with knife shaved noodles, seafood noodles, and spicy pork belly noodles. The noodle texture is excellent, and the broths are in the "broke da mouth" category. The cucumbers were crisp with a nice dressing, and the noodles were definitely the star. Portions and prices are excellent and reasonable. Guests have returned every year on annual trips, and the quality continues to be outstanding.
