They're charging for heavy cream now? I've been ordering the same drink for over a year now (at various locations) but now "corporate" said that they have to charge if it's added to anything else but a standard coffee drink. My order was a passion iced tea keto drink. They said the baristas were charging wrong the whole time! Come on - really?? I'm switching to Dutch Brothers!!
I absolutely LOVE the people you have working there. I've been going there for years everyday. I'm beginning to wonder if I go for the coffee or the beautiful people you have working there. With that being said I beg you to get the air fixed there. We live in Vegas & it's ridiculously hot here. I hate seeing such awesome people have to work in the heat like they do.
