Have to downgrade the rating on this location because they got rid of the comfortable leather chairs. Doesn’t feel like a coffee shop anymore, feels like a McDonalds. Coffee Shops used to be a great place to spend time.

Drive thru experience.... couldn't hear the guy!!! Just said my order. I heard the total pull forward. Good dude helped me check some random gift cards, $20 right on !!!?? got me my drink...out !!!!

Yes, it's pumpkin spice and everything nice season. And the pictures on the dashboard mean it is winter "road-trip" season. Both my daughters, pumpkin spice Frappuccino, my pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, and the loaves we split of pumpkin and lemon we're delightful! The young person who took the order was lovely and patient and the person at the window was engaging and courteous! Great experience with this drive thru, thank you!

This is truly the WORST Starbucks I go to out of the 4 that I frequent. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. The first problem is this particular location is ALWAYS out of matcha for the past year I've been going here. Either they are not ordering enough for how popular it is at this location or they are careless with their inventory. Second problem is they are always so SLOW. Not only is the drive thru backed up 20 minutes every time (check your drive thru wait times if you don't believe me) AND every time I go inside I can see the employees standing around talking to each other with no sense of urgency when there are about 7 people waiting for their orders.

I try to avoid this location. The drive through gets my order wrong, and they're very pushy when you're at the window even when they're not busy. My other Starbucks locations seem like they are happy and want everyone to start their day with a smile. This one, not so much.
They stole my money, had purchased gift cards here for a friends birthday. A week later the friend tried to use card and and all cards were zeroed out and I had called about the situation they told me to call corporate then corporate told me to contact the store and it's just very embarrassing, stressful, and upsetting. Beware about this location. Lost out on $50 dollars on gift cards.

Jade sure does know how to throw attitude for not tipping on one already over priced coffee. You didn’t do anything but shove a credit card reader in my face and pretend to be nice. Not sure why you feel so entitled to that dollar.

Hands down the worst coffee shop in vegas. Every time I come here it’s a 30 minute wait for a cup of coffee, the staff are all rude and half the time the order comes out wrong. After today never again. All the other nearby locations are great but this one is ran by terrible staff managed by terrible managers
