Was picking up a mobile order on the way home from work. Checked in, and my order was out in less than 5 minutes. The young lady who brought me my order was very pleasant and even asked if there was anything else she could help me with.
The people manning the drive-thru barely listen. Ask for no ice, they fill the cup with ice! Fountain drinks are already super inflated, so it's really sad to see this location practicing shrinkage by making sure their drinks are 80% ice. Way to hate your customers!

You would think they would take extra care to make sure the actual window hat your food is passed through was clean.This is a common issue with fast food restaurants, and it should be addressed. Clean the drive through, it's just that simple.
