I placed my order on their worthless app and hit “submit” as I was approaching Buffalo. I pulled into a stall but wasn’t able to check in. It’s not the first time this has happened so it didn’t surprise me. I get some ridiculous error message saying that “the payment is currently unavailable”. This place is ridiculous. I pulled up at an order walk up window and was told to go to a stall order center. I walk over to the stall with my ambulance parked in front of it since of course it does not fit under the Awning. My partner places an order without issue. I go to place my order in the exact same way and they tell me I can’t. They say I have to walk to another window. I’m then told an ambulance isn’t a vehicle. So unprofessional.
