I always go to this pollo loco for lunch. Probably 4 days out of my week and never had an issue until today. It was during lunch hour so I understand the lunch hour rush. I ordered a double chicken bowl and paid $14. Drive thru lady rushed to give me my food and forgot my drink so I waited. Then got to work to find out she also forgot my chips. At this point it's just an inconvenience to drive back for some chips.

If you go inside you have to order on a kiosk. I don't know if this is the way it's going to be but I would rather pay a bit more to have an employee take my order.The seating area needed a good cleaning.
