Every time I go there they tend to forget an item or two. It never fails, but other than that their customer service is impeccable. My best advice is to check your order before you leave because 9 times out of 10 you are missing something.

While arriving a few people standing outside smoking weed, as We got closer it was the staff. Unprofessional staff.
HORRIBLE!!! ALL MY FOOD WAS BURNT!!! SOGGY BURNT ONION RINGS!!! BURNT BURGER BURNT GREASY SOGGY EVENING!!! AND THE ULTIMATE HORRIBLE THING THIS SONIC DID WAS PUT KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ON MY 2yr old daughters Grilled Cheese sandwich???

I went to this sonic at 143 am and no one answered this sonic is not 24 hrs and is a liar
I was VERY DISPLEASED with the Server Valerie #10285. She was VERY RUDE from the beginning to end. Let's just say my order came out to $12.50 and I gave her $23 to make it easier for her to give me$10.50 back. She brought me back $7,50. I asked her; "Where my $3? She responds with an attitude; "Why did you give me the $3 with the $20 then?" I then responded; Ihave it to you so that I can get $10.50 back.... if I was tipping you..... Iwould have told you that, and your shouldn't have assumed. " Her boss end up bringing me my change.
Valerie needs a refresher course on customer service and check her attitude at the door.
