I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered two small blasts and ended up waiting about 30 minutes to receive them, which is completely unreasonable for such a simple order. There didn’t seem to be any clear communication or sense of urgency from the staff during the wait.
I understand that places can get busy, but better time management and customer service would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return. I ended up leaving with no order!

Went through the drive through. Food took 20 minutes. 2 corn dogs, double cheese burger and tater tots. All barely warm. 2 shakes took another 5 minutes. I don't know how this store stays in business. My last visit was 5 years ago. I may check it out again in 5 year and see how they're doing.

they’re slow and seem like they can’t even follow simple instructions. why does it take so long to get a single drink? train your staff better. manager on duty needs to be fired. unprofessional i won’t be back

Apparently online orders are written in a unknown language because the fact you got a order on a screen and cant handle doing it correctly is ridiculous. The workers dont care about your money or if you want a simple drink done correct they manage to even do that wrong.

Order was wrong fries were cold some people just don't listen when you order your food ugh I'll never come back to this sonic order a large got a medium ordered a sprite got who knows what it was it had no taste and the burger was ordered with lettuce and tomato no onions came with tons of onions no lettuce and tomato

This place just got shut down for multigenerational cockroach infestation by the health department as stated in the Las Vegas review journal. I'm not from this side of town but it's a warning you should best heed. It's everywhere, from the food to the shakes and drinks. Beware.
