don't bother coming at night. chances are they'll have you sitting there anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes just waiting to order. won't even greet or say there will be a wait; they don't say anything- it's like they're silently waiting for everyone to get fed up and drive off. has happened to me MULTIPLE times with an empty drive-thru and they're clearly open!

Manager was horrible and food was even worse. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a 2 burgers and 2 drinks and was then the manager screamed at my wife for asking if they had our order. Skip this place, I ordered food at a restaurant the next day and got my order and ate in less time it took for this fast food joint

Terrible place. Horrible customer service, RUDE! refuse to communicate with you!!! Took over an hour to get our food. The food probably sat there for 40 mins before being given to us. The food tasted disgusting. Sonic has lost a customer.

This is the worst Sonic ever. I work in fast food so I know things happen. So the first few times of bad service and cold food I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s gone way beyond minor issues. Don’t go here the food is always cold. You would think that in the 25 minutes I was there waiting they could’ve made fresh fries and tots.

First off I just have to mention how hard some of these workers work here. It is absolutely astonishing at how amazing the burger I had was, it was perfectly juicy and just absolutely amazing overall. 10/10 recommend.
As you know, if I can do no stars, I would, walked up to this location to do a walk up order. The machine wasn’t working. Did not have an out of order signed on, so I proceeded to just go to one of the stalls where you can park in order rang the button, ready to place my order a girl gets on and say sorry we’re closed only for drive-through, so I’m seeing everybody else in the stall ordering I asked about that just hung up on me didn’t reply to my question and I’m pretty much over it ! Not only was there no out of order for the walk up orders but why am I not able to order, but you’re taking everybody else’s order who dried up in the stall!? It was the attitude for me!! Do better, the business will only be as good as the employees!!!

I am not happy with my shake I was LITERALLY finding pieces of the cup in my shake like really I can’t enjoy my food without finding foam in my drink THE WORST next time I will be calling HR!
