Made for an excellent evening in the Arts District, we got dinner and a show starring Foreigner. A little chaotic getting set up, but once we got a server, she rocked! Maria B took hold of the tables in the room and worked super hard to make sure everyone had a fun night. The other service staff were great as well, you can tell they really care about the guest as well as what they serve. We got the Chef choice for two, and the platter gave us a taste of almost everything on the menu. Damn good barbecue!! Pork belly bites were divine, other stand outs are the brisket, cornbread, thick fries, and a jalapeño cheddar sausage I will dream about. The banana pudding is a must, it is real banana and homemade as the server proudly told me. Maybe I can sneak one more visit in on this trip.

Wow I had really high expectations for this place but we have way better bbq in Vegas . The meats just tasted completely off and they ran out of pork belly which I thought was interesting since belly is in the name. The baked beans weren’t good , Twinkie stuffed jalapeño thingys were meh , the burger was the saddest thing i had ever seen. It was super dry and didn’t even come with any fixings, just patty and cheese. Would have been cool to throw some pulled pork or brisket on it or something to liven it up a bit. The chili cheese fries also weren’t great. Some positives were that the drinks were yummy, staff were super attentive and nice ,and it’s in the heart of the arts district.

Some of the best bbq I've had in Las Vegas. The brisket was fall off the fork. A great place to eat and then explore the arts district.

Average BBQ with great friendly service. We had the pork belly, brisket and ribs. The ribs were on point. Tender and tasty. The brisket was a little overcooked and on the dry side. The pork belly was crispy outside and moist inside, but not much flavor..?The mac & cheese was average, but the cornbread was great, although a bit too sweet for me.The portions were small for the price paid.Nice place, great service, with average BBQ at a higher price point.

It's ok. Not the best, not the worst. I already had lunch and wanted to try the sausage with maybe a slice of brisket. The person at the register was not accommodating, trying to sell me a whole meal plus $5 for more. I asked if I can just have the sausage and pay a little more for a slice of brisket and she wasn't having it. Then it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. It's a pet peeve of mine and BBQ places. The food is already cooked, all you have to do is slice it and serve it, and it takes 15 minutes? On the other end of the space, the bartender was really nice and the beer was ice cold. So, I'm trying not to complain, but I'll check out another place when I'm back in the area.

REALLY wanted to like this place. It's smells so good from the outside.*Speaking only for the items I ordered*Brisket (3pieces) was very dry, Mac and cheese was thick, sticky, not very flavorful. Everything relied heavily on the Spicy BBQ sauce, which I did enjoy. And a piece of plain white toast, for 18$.... this is a far cry from Rolling Smoke, much less RoadKill.Service was great, friendly, atmosphere is fun, live band.

Vegas Born here letting you know this is not a local spot, definitely a place for tourists. I never really leave negative reviews and I won't claim this as negative but I'd just like to offer constructive criticism. But to start, food was okay, the crazy thing is the hot link (8.1 out of 10) was better than the brisket (6 out of 10). Mac & cheese was 2 out of 10 and borderline inedible. Bartender without a name tag but red hair was awful I wish I would have stayed with the original guy who wanted to sit me in the restaurant area. The bar was half full of people with laptops and one seemed to be a manager or owner and a cook brought him food and they talked about a food challenge. So it felt like a business meeting was around me (awkward). The atmosphere was great, money well spent making this place seem like it's been around for a long time in the woods or something, I'd like to watch a concert here.Overall I'd come back for a drink and watch the band play but I don't think I would eat here again I'd rather go to Big Bs or John Mulls.

Ok you asked for my review. There is no good bbq in Vegas. Vegas needs to step up! I have lived here for two years and haven't found anything better than L2. And it is fair at best. There is my 2cents.
