Wow I had really high expectations for this place but we have way better bbq in Vegas . The meats just tasted completely off and they ran out of pork belly which I thought was interesting since belly is in the name. The baked beans weren’t good , Twinkie stuffed jalapeño thingys were meh , the burger was the saddest thing i had ever seen. Average BBQ with great friendly service. We had the pork belly, brisket and ribs.The ribs were on point. Tender and tasty. The brisket was a little overcooked and on the dry side. The pork belly was crispy outside and moist inside, but not much flavor..?The mac & cheese was average, but the cornbread was great, although a bit too sweet for me.The portions were small for the price paid.Nice place, great service, with average BBQ at a higher price point.
