To be very honest, my wife and I are not very familiar with many Asian foods and wanted to try something new tonight. We decided to try this place and I'm glad that we did. Our server Tai helped us navigate the menu, types of flavors/food, and also helped us prepare our food on the BBQ. When the BBQ got dirty he would also change it for a clean one. He helped us enjoy our food, dining experience and learn something new that we will most certainly try again.

Soup-erb is a true gem in Las Vegas, offering an unbeatable combination of hot pot and all-you-can-eat (AYCE) BBQ that left me absolutely impressed.
The hot pot selection was good, an array of fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and endless customization options. The dipping sauces were another highlight; you can mix and match to create your own unique flavor profile.
On top of that, the AYCE BBQ was equally outstanding. The meat selection was extensive and good quality. The combination of smoky, tender BBQ with the interactive hot pot experience made for
a fun and satisfying meal.
The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always quick to refill items and offer suggestions to make the most of the experience. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or just craving something extraordinary, Soup-erb is the place to go.

This place was a great find in the Vegas area! The variety and quality of the meat, seafoods, and appetizers were super worth the price. (We got premium) Julius had amazing service too, just really satisfied overall!

Had an amazing dining experience at Soup-erb! Wagyu Hotpot & Grill. Our server, Julius, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and super helpful throughout the meal. We opted for the premium package, and the food was absolutely delicious. The quality of the wagyu beef was top-notch, and the variety of sides and broths complemented the meal perfectly. Highly recommend coming with a group and signing up for the membership to get a discount on everyone's meal. We'll definitely be back!

It’s a really awful experience. The 70-dollar plan choice is absolutely scammmm!!! The salmon tastes so bad. 4 small pieces of Wagu takes more than 20 bucks, bumping up the price to 70 dollars per person. If it is some thing that is super expensive, then at least clearly label the price and amount of food! It is such a frustrating experience and I will never ever go to this place again. Just avoid this place as much as you can….

I had high hopes for a good meal after my road trip across the West Coast, but this place was a massive disappointment. My friends saw recommendations on Xiaohongshu, but it seems those reviews were either paid promotions or overly generous.
The price is almost $70 per person (excluding tax and tip), and the so-called “Wagyu” portion for four people was absolutely laughable. As shown in the photos, the entire portion of meat was meant for four people, which means each person got barely one piece of beef. This is nowhere near enough to fill anyone up, and it felt more like an insult than a meal.
To make things worse:
• Service was incredibly slow—we waited ages for our food to arrive.
• The grill plates were not replaced throughout the meal, leaving everything burnt and unpleasant.
This experience was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place, especially the $70 Wagyu set. It’s not worth it. Strongly not recommended

This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. How can both BBQ and hotpot be so bad? The grill pans were disgusting, sticking and turning black before anyone replaced them. The ingredients were a chaotic mess—nothing matched, and everything tasted terrible no matter where you cooked it. Absolutely not worth it.

My daughter was visiting us from California and found this restaurant on line. We were very surprised and pleased to discover that you can eat Hot Pot and Korean BBQ at the same time and for one price. The meat selection was very delicious and they had all the sides and appetizers we liked. It even came with a dessert. We really enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was nice and clean. They changed our grill multiple times as needed. Delivered the food and refilled our drinks timely. Broks (not sure of the spelling) was our server and he was excellent. We joined the membership and will definitely be dining here again.

My family and I tried this place out because we love hotpot and korean bbq, and they have both win/win! They serve wagyu, there's an up charge, but I thought it was worth it. Hotpot broth, they have few choice which is nice. Fresh veggies to chose from and make your own sauce. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great food and service. Sami is awesome and warmhearted guy, gave us valuable suggestions, and we enjoyed great time for lunch in Las Vegas. We’ll definitely come back in the future, and recommend to our friends when they visit Vegas!

Soup-erb has an excellent AYCE KBBQ menu and sides, a lot of my favorite places have become too crowded and so I wanted to try something new. Visiting here was an excellent choice. They have scalable options for hot pot and KBBQ - the rib eye as part of the BBQ only menu was delicious. They also had great beef belly and brisket. The place is brand new, spotless and clean, and looks beautifully modern and cozy. Our server was friendly and even offered to grill for us, which was a first for me. (I prefer to grill myself though, so we declined) - I’ll be back here for sure. I should mention the restaurant is inside an indoor shopping center which doesn’t look as inviting as the place itself from the outside, so don’t judge it from the outside. Don’t think, just go inside and eat 🫰
Edit: I returned to Soup-erb and was very excited to be there (as I was treated kindly and found that they had a very reasonable price for the BBQ only menu) only to find that they are now charging the HIGHEST price for KBBQ in the entire city and I was treated EXTREMELY rudely by my waiter. This was a huge disappointment for me if you can’t already tell by the great (5 star) review I left after my first visit. It is a shame but I would avoid this place and try literally anywhere else nearby. You will find much more reasonable prices and much kinder wait staff.
