Best brisket in Las Vegas hands down!!!! Had met Daryl at his food truck a couple years back. Fell head over heels over their brisket. Soooo my husband had him pull the truck up to our house for my birthday. Let me tell you...he was on time and served yet again...the best bbq in Vegas. If you appreciate good bbq, you found your place! Thanks Daryl for making my birthday even more special!
This is one of the better options in the food truck scene in Vegas. I had a brisket sandwich, which had an enjoyable flavor and was, considering the area (I once had a $12 hot dog(!)), not unreasonably priced. It came with a side of smoked beans, which were ok. This is one I would get food from again.

I had the tri tip sandwich and it was so good I had to recommend. The meat was juicy, flavorful and freshly sliced when we ordered it. Not a drop of bbq sauce is needed to be added to this sandwich. It's just the way it is. Darrell was cool and he thanked us for supporting local business. He also accepted Cash App. I went back a couple days later so my bro could try it but it was a weekday and he wasn't there.
