Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro offers a wonderful dining experience with superb service and a warm, inviting ambiance. The menu features delicious entrees, including rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce, and excellent appetizers like the pear salad and meatball. Guests can enjoy the bruschetta, which is good but could use more seasoning. The pizza is surprisingly good with a very nice crust and excellent cheese pull, although it needs more sauce. The shrimp linguine dish has been noted as very good. The restaurant also offers great value with a $35 bootleg of wine and a highly recommended tiramisu dessert. Service can sometimes be slow, but some guests have mentioned that dishes may come out too quickly, possibly during busy times. Overall, the experience is very positive and worth a visit, especially during busy times.
