Tasty food, but the cook lady is very rude. When I pointed out that a Rachel is made with coleslaw, she was very rude and just pointed at the menu saying “It says sauerkraut”. The problem wasn’t the food, it was her rotten attitude and the menu. Offering some coleslaw or even to remake it instead of being rude and ignorant would have made my dad’s dinner better. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger. The brioche bun was lightly toasted. You can get the onions griddled with the mushrooms, just ask. Or they will leave them off. The burger had grill marks even though it was griddled. Tasted like a flame broiled burger. Which it was. The burger was 85/15 or 90/10 blend. the cole slaw was fresh, crunchy and a good balance of mayo to cabbage. Great customer service.
