I don't often take time to write reviews, but Spring by China Mama genuinely left an impression on me that I won't soon forget!
Let me start by saying that the customer service was top notch from the moment I opened the door. Greeted and seated by a super friendly hostess and the wait staff was seriously top-notch from start to finish.

Spring is a delicious authentic Chinese Dining experience. The menu is as tasteful as the decor, amazing. The second location of “China Mama” they are located near the strip in a nearby shopping area. Our server Max was so helpful with choosing and modifying our dishes to suit our taste. Of course the Famous Crispy Beef was on our list we asked for the Ginger onion dish to be made with Chicken instead of Fish, no problem and it was spectacular.
