The coffee was bitter, even with tons of cream and some sugar. The wait was long and the staff wasn’t rude, but they just weren’t nice either. About $2-3 more expensive than other Starbucks outside of hotels.
Throwing customers drinks& being rude is not a good look Starbucks! She had a terrible attitude and then threw a drink and it smashed all over the new holiday cups and she laughed.

So my coffee order was fine came out fast and was made right but apparently asking for water was just too much. When i asked for water i was told i could have the cup of water that had been on the pick up counter since before i ordered. When i said i didn't want water that had been sitting with someone else order and been reached over I was given a nasty attitude it was like i was crazy for wanting a fresh cup of water!
