Sky high prices, especially for the food. The $4 to $5 turkey bacon sandwich was $9.25! You have to be kidding me 🤦‍♂️

Slow, overpriced, no regular Starbucks rewards, can’t order ahead.

They wouldn't scan my card for the points. Way better to go to another Starbucks that ia not in the hotel.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks at MGM Grand. The wait times were outrageous; it took us 25 minutes just to place our order. Meanwhile, the baristas seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers.

When I asked for a Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, they refused to make it. The prices were shockingly high too—almost $10 for a spinach, feta, and egg white breakfast sandwich! This is probably due to its location near the convention center, but it felt like a rip-off.

Overall, this was the worst service we encountered during our entire trip to Vegas. I definitely won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

Ordered my coffee. Waited untill i realized most the people received their coffee who ordered after me. When i asked about i got attitude.

i’ve been to this starbucks about 30 times and i’ve never seen someone make my coffee as fast as Calexia. not only was she extremely fast, she even brought our food out to us when it was ready with a huge smile. amazing customer service. definitely a good start to our day!!
