Not only over priced they don’t make anything correctly. So if something is left out then you start to wonder what else is left out that you paid extra for. When asked they just verbally repeat what you ordered… that’s the extent of of customer service.
If you’re not getting one of the complicated or “dessert” sweet drinks, go to the Marketplace next door for shorter lines.
So expensive! One of the most overpriced locations and the cheek to ask for a top!
Just got my coffee over there, ordered tall caramel macchiato, got just foam milk with caramel, I understand that it comes with 1 shot only but still should at least smell like coffee….
I was eager to try a specific recipe that replicates the taste of the famous Dubai chocolate in a Starbucks drink. The recipe goes like this: start by ordering a Grande Iced Matcha Latte, then add two pumps of pistachio sauce, and finish it off with chocolate cold foam. If you prefer a Tall size, just add one pump of pistachio sauce; for a Venti, go with three pumps.
Since we’re staying at Aria, it was super convenient to pop into the nearby Starbucks.
Excited to try it, I went to Starbucks at 6 a.m., but they were out of pistachio sauce, so I canceled my order. I returned around noon, but they still didn’t have the sauce, which left me pretty frustrated. I was even considering leaving a one-star review. However, when I went back at 5 p.m., they had finally restocked the sauce, so I placed my order.
The staff members, London and Maricela were incredibly friendly and kind. They prepared a delicious version of the drink, and it was worth the wait!
Don't accept reusable cups (but continue to sell them).
Telica needs a hug! Talk about poor horrible service at a Starbucks. Slower than a snail and a free bad attitude included.
Short of staff, dirty and messy. I really need the napkins!! Keep making mistakes on orders, people complains and they cannot refund and defer to their manager, but who knows when their manager will come…
Hot chocolate was delicious. Croissant sandwich was cold in the middle. I ordered oatmeal with the raisins. I got 2 brown sugar packets. Lots of customers, but need to slow down

A regular cup of coffee should never cost $8 before tip.

I can see why this Starbucks gets so much criticism. I paid $20 for a ciabatta sandwich and a matcha latte, which felt overpriced because it's located inside a hotel. On top of that, I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, which made the experience even less appealing. However, the one positive is that the coffee remains consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks. Still, not sure it’s worth the money or the wait.

Service was not friendly. I feel like the young woman with the glasses prefers helping whites over blacks she tried to help the man standing behind me when it was my turn. Then, gave me a hard time about charging my order to my DELUX SUITE! Get a clue …
My father and I went to this location and ordered 2 drinks we asked for a quad shot mocha WITH oatmilk and an extra hot white chocolate mocha, the barista who made both drinks lied to us and told us she put oatmilk when she only put regular milk my father even confronted her asking her if she used oatmilk and she still lied and ontop of that she was very rude and the white chocolate mocha wasn't even hot.
