If you’re not getting one of the complicated or “dessert” sweet drinks, go to the Marketplace next door for shorter lines.
Hot chocolate was delicious. Croissant sandwich was cold in the middle. I ordered oatmeal with the raisins. I got 2 brown sugar packets. Lots of customers, but need to slow down

A regular cup of coffee should never cost $8 before tip.

I can see why this Starbucks gets so much criticism. I paid $20 for a ciabatta sandwich and a matcha latte, which felt overpriced because it's located inside a hotel. On top of that, I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, which made the experience even less appealing. However, the one positive is that the coffee remains consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks. Still, not sure it’s worth the money or the wait.

Service was not friendly. I feel like the young woman with the glasses prefers helping whites over blacks she tried to help the man standing behind me when it was my turn. Then, gave me a hard time about charging my order to my DELUX SUITE! Get a clue …
My father and I went to this location and ordered 2 drinks we asked for a quad shot mocha WITH oatmilk and an extra hot white chocolate mocha, the barista who made both drinks lied to us and told us she put oatmilk when she only put regular milk my father even confronted her asking her if she used oatmilk and she still lied and ontop of that she was very rude and the white chocolate mocha wasn't even hot.

Cashier was super friendly. My experience was good. Visiting from Seattle and they didn't disappoint ?. They were out of straws at the pick up side but quicky stocked up. Drinks were made pretty quickly and tasted yummy.

Line was a bit long but it moved quickly. The ladies that were working this particular morning worked well together. The cashier was polite and patient with each person as she took their orders. I usually wait until I get to the airport for my cappucino but Im glad I tried this Starbucks. I will definitely stop in anytime Im at the Vdara.

Sky high prices, unfriendly staff, they made my $9 latte wrong and didn’t even fill it up all the way.
These guys on duty today & I’m sure most days at this location are on fire absolute machines.

Rudest Starbucks employee that I have come across so far. I'm appalled to see that a premium hotel like Vdara is allowing such an awful place to exist on its premises. With bad luck, my wife's name and another person's name happened to be the same and I picked up the wrong one. Even when I was picking up the wrong order, I asked the waiter doubtfully if the order is full.. he nodded and I walked away with the drink. After meeting my wife I realized that I picked the wrong order and I promptly went back to return it and i apologized. The waitress who was there yelled at me saying, "You picked the wrong order!!!". She grabbed the drink from my hands and threw it with anger into the trash can and the drink splattered a bit outside, had she done any more forcefully the drink would've splattered on me. Of course, I wouldn't let her walk all over me so I started raising my voice and I picked the right order and she wasn't even giving me my second drink, someone else had to help me. I think that this waitress has anger issues and such as a person doesn't belong in a spa/luxury hotel.

This is clearly the most awful Starbucks coffee shop that I’ve ever been to. It’s no surprise that this place is so lowly rated by others. I ordered a simple hot coffee with milk and sugar, and on first try, I got a cold coffee that had been brewed a long time ago and had become cold over time. When I informed that to the associate, they brewed some new coffee but gave that with more than a quarter cup of milk even though I had specified a pinch of milk. Took a few sips of the overly milkish coffee and trashed the rest.
