This Starbucks Coffee Company location on the Las Vegas Strip has received mixed reviews. The coffee and beverages are fantastic, with great service from kind baristas like Alexander, who take care of diamond members despite constant long lines. Some staff are very friendly and offer to make special drinks, checking in afterwards. However, other staff were super unfriendly, making customers feel like they were putting them out. The drink prices are ridiculously expensive, with a matcha latte costing $12. The location is large with awesome visuals, plenty of seating, and is very colorful like a big art installation. It is conveniently located right next to the Uber pick-up/Drop-off for Planet Hollywood. One cashier mentioned the tip box before customers even ordered, which was weird.
