I rarely drink coffee, I was waiting for someone at a medical appointment and swung through the drive through and got a small cold brew. I didn't catch the man's name who took my order and took care of me at the window but I wish I would have. He was extremely patient and friendly. I asked if I could get an extra shot and he recommended the 'blonde" because it was slightly sweet and smoother. This was absolutely perfect. Management if you read this PLEASE give some kudos to this gentleman. As I said, I did not get his name but I was there at 11:04am on 10/11. Thank you

I went through the drive thru, card was charged, kid told me it wasn't cause it's pending, told him it shows deducted on my account, wanted charge my card again, gave him cash instead, he allegedly did a refund for the amount of my order, which was refunded and then withdrawen again? One trip to Starbucks cost 60 dollars, visited on a regular basis and extremely upset with this.

They never make room for extra espresso shots in the coffee drinks and you pay for extra.
The store said it closed at 9 and I drive up at 845 and no one took my order so I pulled up and there were 2 girls still in the store and they were totally ignoring me. I get it they want to go home but it says they close at 9 not 845. I go there all the time. Might think twice before I go again

Big indoor aeating area.Fast drive-thru.I ordered from the awesome app an iced mocha and a breakfast sandwich.The staff were all busy and very genuinely friendly.I could hear the staff member (Jackson) on the headphone working drive thru not because he was loud but because I was sitting nearby. He was speaking normal volume. What I want to point out is how incredibly friendly he consistently has been with every single person on the headphone and at the window. He was working at a fast pace because of the steady stream of cars and orders but he didn't sound rushed or bothered at all. Clone him.The rest of the staff were equally genuinely friendly, professional and busy.I ate in the store.Very clean.The music wasn't blaring loud and I was actually able to have a chat on my cell phone while inside.My sandwich was fresh, hot and tasty.The addition of some Sriracha spicy chili sauce was a nice kick to the sandwich. You have to ask for it. Worth a try.I'm now to the neighborhood. This could be my favorite Starbucks.Just a note for dog owners. They have a patio but no furniture. I bet they'd move a table and chair out there for you if you asked. It's not a negative, just a note to point out.
Vegetarian options: Easy to find on the menu and in display case. Or ask the barista.
Dietary restrictions: It's up to you to decide how healthy you want to be and if you want to follow your dietary restrictions. They have lots of options available to you.
