Ordered a pralines latte (was tasty) and some food. Told them don’t heat the bakery items and they did. Asked to change the items they kinda had an attitude (when it indicates not warmed).

I normally go to this Starbucks but today I wasn't happy with how I was treated by one of the employees!!! Very rude and made a couple remarks that someone in customer service shouldn't make...

I usually don't visit starbucks because I drink my coffee black so I don't need all the fancy stuff they offer. I use it to meet someone new or a friend at a convenient public location. Starbucks are everywhere so that's is a good quick and easy meeting place.
