My favorite thing to do♥
The customer service at this Starbucks is terrible. Esther was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with basic respect or courtesy. Employees like this should not be working in customer service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
This place needs to go! Heights of racial discrimination and rude to the level doesn't align with Starbucks policies and culture. I cannot give zero stars so leaving one star. Empty cup here being charged $5.

It is a bold, refreshing twist on the classic chai, with a sweet cherry layer that adds brightness. The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick, and even gave an extra drink for free. The energy was great, and the baristas stayed focused on ensuring customers got everything they needed despite the crowd and busy vibes.
