Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a team that is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff provides excellent service with a positive attitude. However, there are some issues with orders. The restaurant consistently breaks orders into two parts, requiring customers to make two trips to the counter. Also, hot drinks sometimes sit without a stopper while employees make other drinks. Despite these problems, the employees are courteous and helpful. The location has a spacious full ambient sunlight indoor area, great for a wheelchair or rollator. Customers can transfer to a bench or chair with soft seat cushions. It is a pleasant place to visit and a most excellent community coffee shop. Specific employees like MEGAN & CILL provided great customer service. Cill has great communication skills and a positive attitude.
