Always a pleasure walking into Starbucks on S Decatur! Kitty is amazing! I’ve been coming here just shy of a year when I’m in town for work! She always greets me by my name with a beautiful, kind smile!The manager and staff are also eager to greet you as well and make you feel welcome at their location!
It's sad that I have to write not so good review about Starbucks. I really love Starbucks, but in this case it's very unfortunate that I went through the drive-through and was given the wrong drink. Then I have to get out of your car to correct it and I don't even get an apology. You get somebody looking at you like you made the mistake. Drinks and cake pop are delicious ? but this has to be the first Starbucks in history that has ZERO outlets to charge devices. It was unbelievable. I even asked the staff and they said they didn't have any outlets available for use. How is this possible?!
