While the drinks are generally well-made, there have been some issues with accuracy in order fulfillment, with customers receiving the wrong type of coffee or refresher. The location can get quite busy, but the staff is efficient at processing online and drive-thru orders, even if it takes a little extra time. The staff is friendly and dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for customers. This location is big and clean inside. The staff is super friendly, except for one young woman who sat on a lounge chair looking at her iPad all the time and did not offer a friendly smile or welcome gesture. The EGG BITES were delish!!! The store is clean, with fast service and friendly baristas. The parking lot is not big, but ample parking is available, shared with other fast-food restaurants.
