Wow Didn't get my order right, didn't deliver the order that she thought. I made correctly and when I clearly stayed it that the order was wrong, but I was going to accept it while she did ask if I wanted to wait longer to have it corrected, because she didn't hear how I ordered it, I left The staff at this location it's a mixed bag and the manager needs to be accountable for consistency across all shifts very disappointed

So I ordered 4 venti-caramel-Frappuccinos $27.09. I tried to pay cash, the cashier looked dumbfounded, I gave her 107.10 hoping to get just 4 twenties back. Cashier looked around not knowing what to do, she call the manager and I got informed they don’t have any money to make change… do you expect me to believe that betting all 4 register drawers they can come up with 4 twenties???? The manager just being lazy and not wanting to be bothered to make change for a customer… So now they have to throw away 4 drinks… and I’m going to DutchBros for a better experience and some great coffee.

I was excited to get a caramel ribbon crunch but when I tried it it was very disappointing it tasted as if it had been watered down, what a bummer, I couldn't go back because I had to go to work, I don't mean to complain or get anyone in trouble but over $6.00 my drink should have been flawless, I've never experienced this before

It's Christmas morning, I got up to pick up 4 coffees and when I came home all my venti coffees where halfway filled. Very disappointed. I wish we can get what we pay for.
I do not like the Starbucks that have switched to small ice cubes. It Waters the drinks down too fast

The staff is terrible they didnt have any cheese danish and they didnt tell me they had none so i said i want a blueberry Muffin..the young manager should be fired... she said i cant give the muffin because i might be allergic to it...
