VERY LONG WAIT TIMES ARE COMMON. This location is inside of the Rio. It has a nice set up but the staff were not prepared for a busy weekend. Wait times of 1 HOUR if your order included refresher drinks on Friday and same kind of wait if your order included any coffee on Saturday. It was chaos. I didn’t bother with that chaos on Sunday. I went early in the morning and the staff was very sweet and service was quick. The price tho was insane. Two coffees, three sandwiches, and a chocolate milk being over $50. There’s no coffeemaker in our hotel room either
