The customer service is so AMAZING I come here every morning before work. The energy is extreme high vibration with care you will have a great morning after getting your coffee fix here at this particular location.
So I came today in the evening afterwards and had the same great experience. The ladies were so helpful, I ordered the wrong drink. No problem the lady's came through and fixed my drink the pregnant lady was so soft and gentle kind. My number one Starbucks in Las Vegas Nevada hands down

Just got completely ignored by four staff members while my order sat on the table getting cold. I had to beg someone to finally get my order bagged. Very rude and unprofessional staff at this location.
This was the second starbucks location I visited this morning. The first had no jalapeño pockets and made my lavender matcha with no foam. I only came for jalapeño pockets and had accepted the mediocre matcha. The Barista remade my matcha that was messed up at the other location. Great customer service

EDIT...This used to be a really nice SB but not so much anymore. I felt very unwelcome. No one wanted to take our order and the cashier barely acknowledged me and made ne feel as it was a chore just to ring me up. No hi. No thank you. No name for my coffee. Then a snotty look cuz I didn't want to tip after that. Like next time I'll save my $10

Worst experience by far today. The person at the drive through was not listening at all to what I was ordering I had to correct her several times. They even missed an item that I ordered. I caught it at the drive though however but when I got home I found the item was incorrect. On top of that the drinks I got tasted very watered down. Seems like after all this the 40 dollars I paid for my items felt like highway robbery.
