Employees are great. Very kind. But the place was a mess. Trash on the floor the entire time. Was hot. Stunk. $5 for a tiny bottle of juice. Seriously?I also think it's so contradictory in all the Starbucks now they lock their bathrooms and only provide a code to paying customers. Ironic how they claim to be so "inclusive" and woke, but deny homeless people the basic right of using the toilet. So hypocritical, should be illegal.

I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't personally go to this Starbucks, but my husband did and he was just waiting outside for a ride BUT because of how one employee treated my husband with such kindness, I thought it should be worth mentioning. And honestly, after an encounter like this, I'll probably choose this location the next time I want Starbucks.As I stated, my husband was waiting outside for a ride and he was probably what most would consider VERY casually dressed. He didn't look homeless, but wearing sweats, etc. For some reason the inside lobby was closed that morning at around 7:30am. We don't know why they were closed so that's why he was waiting outside in the cold. A young Latino man came out and asked if my husband wanted to order anything and apologized for the lobby being closed. My husband just wanted to use the restroom and even though he didn't order anything, this young man kindly let my husband use their restroom. Afterwards, when my husband left and went back outside, the employee gave my husband a $5 off your next order card because the lobby was closed.It's rare to find kind employees like this. So I thought it was worth mentioning.

I have a very good friend and we used to love going here together. Lots of good memories. However, we haven’t been in a mile, and I stopped in today because it was the closest place and was so disappointed! It is overrun by homeless people just hanging out in there, and it stinks!

Terrible service. Could hear the girls inside laughing and cursing through the microphone while ordering. Then halfway through my order started having a conversation before returning to me ordering then the burrito we ordered was literally in a pile in the bag unwrapped. This will be my last trip to this location which is a shame cause me and my wife have been coming here for 4 years. Very unfortunate the staff have now ruined this location.

This place used to have good service now the girls at night seem to have an attitude everytime I order the guys are all super nice and it's not all the girl but most of them specially the ones that work afternoon and they make the drinks taste bad horrible service very disappointed

Milk was sour. Upset my stomach. Brought Carmel mach back and they told me another customer said it was sour too. I told them listen to their customers instead of making us sick :( poor management
