This Starbucks service is very bad. Plus it's also dirty. I bought 2 Starbucks cups and a black coffee. His mouth felt bitter so he asked for water. But the staff said you have to pay for water?? None of the tabas I've been to around the world charge for water??? The Starbucks company should come and take care of the operations of the stores around here. There seem to be many branches in this area that charge a higher price for water and coffee than usual!! Please be careful!!

Honestly, I’m a Vegas local and I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for over 10 years and today I went into the restrooms and completely disgusting. There’s piss all over the floor piss all over the toilet. I just don’t understand why it smells like a gas station bathroom when we’re at Starbucks. Obviously the employees are not cleaning the restroom because why is there pee on the floor in both restrooms? Men and women smells like a porta potty disgusting.

Just the worst! Every time there are some kind of issues. I’m done pretending that it is a one time thing. I waited a half an hour this time and they don’t have salted pecan anything (the guy said that they no longer make it- ironic I can order it on the app 🤨) and I can’t order a venti drink because they do not have venti cups. I asked if they could just put it in a larger cup but no they couldn’t. No I’m sorry … just a bunch of attitude. SUPER irritating and the girl who “helped” me doesn’t have a name tag on so I can’t even put her name down.
UPDATE - $12.50 for a cold brew and it is quite possibly the worst drink I have ever had at Starbucks! TOTALLY UNDRINKABLE!

Avoid this starbucks location!! A grande drink that usually cost around $6 they charged over $11 and the breakfast sandwich was also hiked up!! If you want a water thats $2. This location is also extremely busy.

Go to other locations in the area. This is a license store they charge way more for their drinks and nickel and dime you for everything including a refill on tap water. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the company owned stores nearby.

I almost shat my pants when I reached the register and they told me my total for a single 16oz latte and muffin. I knew it would be higher than what I pay regularly since it's on the strip but I had no idea it would cost $19.62!!!! It was $11 for the latte and just over $7 for the muffin. Even the Starbucks inside the casinos close by don't cost that much! At home (Portland, OR) I pay $6 for the latte and $4 for the muffin. I guess that's on me for not paying attention to the prices but geez. Almost a 50% markup is WILD. Especially considering I only go to Starbucks when it's my only option. It's not my preferred place for coffee. The staff were great so this review isn't a reflection of them just a reflection of a greedy corporations price gouging.
