The cashier I met yesterday was so rude and disrespectful to me. I got a tomato mozzarella on focaccia and she asked me to say that again multiple times. It was unbelievable she couldn’t even tell when I just pointed the picture on the menu just right next to her face. And after I pointed at the picture she asked me to say that again. Even the customer behind me understood and helped me immediately. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and seemed like the service wasn’t looking very well based on the reviews I read here. It would be better to have the staffs here get a proper training towards the customer service and get right attitude so people won’t suffer from their poor service.

This Starbucks service is very bad. Plus it's also dirty. I bought 2 Starbucks cups and a black coffee. His mouth felt bitter so he asked for water. But the staff said you have to pay for water?? None of the tabas I've been to around the world charge for water??? The Starbucks company should come and take care of the operations of the stores around here. There seem to be many branches in this area that charge a higher price for water and coffee than usual!! Please be careful!!

Honestly, I’m a Vegas local and I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for over 10 years and today I went into the restrooms and completely disgusting. There’s piss all over the floor piss all over the toilet. I just don’t understand why it smells like a gas station bathroom when we’re at Starbucks. Obviously the employees are not cleaning the restroom because why is there pee on the floor in both restrooms? Men and women smells like a porta potty disgusting.

Just the worst! Every time there are some kind of issues. I’m done pretending that it is a one time thing. I waited a half an hour this time and they don’t have salted pecan anything (the guy said that they no longer make it- ironic I can order it on the app 🤨) and I can’t order a venti drink because they do not have venti cups. I asked if they could just put it in a larger cup but no they couldn’t. No I’m sorry … just a bunch of attitude. SUPER irritating and the girl who “helped” me doesn’t have a name tag on so I can’t even put her name down.
UPDATE - $12.50 for a cold brew and it is quite possibly the worst drink I have ever had at Starbucks! TOTALLY UNDRINKABLE!
