Completely worthy of the 2 star average. Very slow service. Highly inflated prices (double tall latte, breakfast wrap, mocha, and an oatmeal = $27). As others have mentioned, they were out of products - e.g. no peppermint syrup. Seriously- this is not a big deal - but for the price? Mocha had very little chocolate in it and no foam, which I had requested. I asked for some foam and was curtly told "no". What? You bet I pushed back! An older gentleman (looked just like the dude on "UP"!) came to my defense, asking, "Isn't this a Starbucks?!). Well... is it?! Lol.

The line was short which was unusual but I'll take it! They weren't the cleanest. The bar area where you get sugar and cream was pretty messy. They made my drink correctly, so I guess my review is mostly around the lack of cleanliness.

Insanely Inflated prices due to location. If you don't lose your shirt inside the casino, you certainly will at this Starbucks. Love the iced toasted oat vanilla espresso (I got hooked on it a month ago thx to a friend), but the egg, cheese, Gouda on toasted brioche sandwich left much to be desired. The bun tasted microwaved, not toasted at all. Staff not friendly or engaging with staff at all, just cranking out orders. I understand you are busy, but look up and make eye contact or smile once in a while, it goes a long way!

This manager has deemed her self the mask police for Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. There was no one in the Starbucks when I came in to order a Trenta a black ice tea. She called security because I wouldn't put a mask on even though over 40% of the hotel was not wearing a mask. There were all kinds of businesses within this hotel that we're not making the patrons of the hotel wear a mask because people were from all over the country but for some reason she was forcing people and making all of her employees incredibly uncomfortable by making the mask thing a huge deal when you walked into the Starbucks instead of servicing her customers. Terrible customer service I would not recommend the Starbucks

Didn’t try and redeem rewards or anything but seemed like a normal Starbucks. They were out of somethings but not what we wanted. The employees were really nice. The service was quick. The smalls were 6.25, and the Grande was 7.25. The prices seem a bit inflated.

Restricting a human's freedom of movement in an establishment that is open to public commerce and not allowed to discriminate its customers, is a violation of the Constitution of The United States! You are a shame to this country and the people you are attempting to divide and oppress. When the tables turn, may the people never forget you sold out to the man.

not a real retail starbucks - could not accept my starbucks app unless I used a starbucks gift card in the app. Couldn not use any third party payments in the starbucks app or get my star points lots out on a 100 star bonus offer because of this. This is brand misleading . and i want my stars

Quick and efficient Starbucks. Communication is pretty challenging with masks, a barrier and very loud music. Be prepared to speak loud and clear.

This Starbucks is absolutely terrible. The baristas are very rude and the don't accept rewards.

The Southernmost Starbucks and coffee shop on The Las Vegas Strip. Located off the bayside themed hallway that bridges the Mandalay Bay casino to its convention center, food court, and Shark Reef is the southernmost Starbuck's on the Las Vegas Strip. Being that it is the southernmost Starbuck's on the Las Vegas Strip it is more than a relaxing spot for conventioners and guests of the Mandalay Bay. Additionally it is the perfect resting spot for the urban hiker partaking in a round-trip hike between the northernmost reaches of the populated parts of the Las Vegas Strip by Wynn and Fashion Show and Mandalay Bay. When my brother and I hiked from the Flamingo (we did a staycation there) to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center hallway and to the Palazzo on a baking summer day where the temperature reached 108 degrees, we stopped in this very Starbuck's. It was our halfway point. Just like the summer Vegas temperature the prices were boiling. As expected they charge exorbitant prices for coffee on the Las Vegas Strip. A tall cup of drip coffee costed around $5. It was worth it on the comfortable sofa seat recharging my batteries with Starbuck's coffee while my phone recharged its batteries at the adjacent outlet. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it felt good to sit in a Starbucks again just as it felt good sitting in an air conditioning environment in the Las Vegas summer. The one dillemna about this Starbucks is that during the Covid-19 pandemic they operate during the reduced hours of 6 A.M. to 2 P.M.. This is a better deal than the other far South Strip Starbuck's operating in Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur. On Monday, July 20, 2020 the Mandalay Place Starbucks was indefinitely closed, all the Luxor locations were closed, and the Excalibur Food Court one was closed. This left the Excalibur Rotunda as the one location open after 2 P.M.. At the time that my brother and I hung out here this past Monday it was sparsely populated with people wearing masks and social distancing. This is a far different scene from my three previous visits when it was bustling with Mandalay Bay guests, tourists, party goers on the way to House of Blues and clubs, and other visitors. If this had been the case now, there would be a possibility that the sofas were occupied leaving my brother and I to carry our beverages downstairs to the comfortable sofas with outlets along the convention center. With that said, I have enjoyed myself relaxing in the southernmost Starbucks on the Las Vegas Strip while resting at the halfway point of an urban hike or while just enjoying myself on the Las Vegas Strip. The prices may be high but it is worth it to recharge my batteries in a comfortable environment on the Las Vegas Strip.

They were out of most if the items we wanted. The service was way too slow. It took 25 mins to get 4 drinks done.

Eric Duval

Just to slow because of how they have to wait on you. Not enough people. I waited 17 mins this morning

Wendy V.

Understaffed, not even a greeting, out of so much product. Took forever to get 1 drink.

Bob N.

Ridiculous. MGM and Starbucks have elected to understaff this location. Long lines with an hour wait and many items not available.

Great job yo this location! Attentive friendly staff keep in' it real & clean. I'd definitely go to this location (good stop on way to The Shark Reef Aquarium- just be aware no food or drinks allowed inside the aquarium
