The seating was uncomfortable and there was little room for My Fiancé's mobility scooter, I had to move things so he could get through. His Pike coffee Trenta size was over $7.00, much more than other Las Vegas hotel Starbucks that we have been to.

It is ridiculous that I couldn't get my birthday drink on location where I stay but have to go off strip.. Number 1 on vacation, number 2 of ur on vacation and staying on the strip it probably means that you aren't driving anywhere and transportation off the strip isn't cheap..

Disgusting place I stopped with my wife and 1 year old baby the personnel just turned off the gifts and said we must leave. We were not advice in the counter about the closing time and instead of being reasonable the offered to bring the security to kick us out even there was a line still serving coffee. This happened Tuesday December 28 at 9:38 p.m.

So as a Caesar Seven Star ... ElDorado has closed the Diamond Lounges. We now get cheap drink and food tickets. This Starbucks is probably the last holdout of the original Caesars treated its most loyal customers. Ive been coming here as regular as I can due to dietary restrictions. Recently the food items, protein pack and salads have been out or in short supply. I spoke with the manager Faith and as she promised she came through. Of all the fails El Dorado has pulled in Las Vegas I cannot be more happier with this location, Faith, and the staff. By far the best Starbucks in Las Vegas! Thank You.

Well it's was an 8 dollar cold brew. Which it's Vegas so ok. But what I don't want to pay for is the insane attitude. I get it .... You probably hate your job... But don't it out on the customers.
On July 23 at 7:30am I ordered a pretty big order and I do realize that the prices are higher than usual which didn't bother me. What bothered me was I order my usual drink (Quad, extra ice, and 4 pumps of white mocha) and it was $5 the previous day but today it was priced at $9.5 like wtf on the receipt it said it was charged as a MOCHA VENTI $7.99 plus the additional shot at $1.50. I knew immediately that they had made it wrong so I went up the cashier (pony tail) and questioned why and all she replied as "the hotel prices our drinks" which yes she is correct but her attitude and being annoyed at how busy it was brought to her shutting me off and not even acknowledge that I was trying to question the price difference from yesterday to today. I definitely think they added milk in my Quad because it did not look like how I usually order and its not supposed to come with milk and whip cream at all so why tf did they add whip cream without asking. The initial cashier (Ryan) was very nice and helpful but the girl with the pony tail was having a big ass attitude. Like all the people on shift was so BUSY that they couldn't even acknowledge that my drink is priced and made wrong. All I wanted was for it to be remade correctly and possibly reprice and refund the difference. As the line is long I went up briefly to the next cashier to ask for her assistance but I couldn't bc she responded immediately "the hotel prices our drinks its not like your other starbucks" without asking what was my problem or even acknowledge my problem. After spending $60 at starbucks for my family it is ridiculous how they do not care about customer service. Thank god they did not charge me for an extra drink like how the other reviewers stated.

You expect the price hike. It’s Vegas after all. But not the attitude. And make sure not to ask for more than 5 sugar packets or again, attitude. If you don’t want to work at 6am then don’t. Find a job somewhere else.

Not a fan of this property. The pool area is divided so you are not able to lounge by the pool unless you pay extra. They closed the pool two days we were there even though the weather got nice by 2. Housekeeping stole my swimsuit bottom. Yes, I am sure they took it! The bathroom was very nice an large but overall not impressed!
