I asked for a splash of cream and they gave me drink full of milk, and i asked to remake it, which he didn’t- he dumped a quarter of it out and put like more ice and a splash of coffee and was like here and then ran away. then, no one was on the floor for like 2 minutes. after which, i left. i even left a tip, so it was an $8 drink and its un-drinkable. I’m not really one to complain- but it was just rude behavior idk

I have been here for my morning coffee and breakfast about 3 to 5 days a week for past couple of years. The food and drinks qualities are about the same but unfortunately theservice is getting worse and worse. The staffs at drive through are normally friendly but when I order the pick up at the store is complete different story. There are quite a few times when I need a help at the pick up area at the store, there are no staff will pay attention to it or they are simply ignore you. About two weeks ago I placed a store pick up order and when I arrived 10 minutes later, I found my drink wasn't even on the right last name group and the turkey sage Danish wasn't even ready. I thought that was odd. So I tried to asked the staffs but no one brother to help me. After 5 minutes, I was finally able to talk to one of staff who turn out to be the store manager and he told me there was no more turkey sage Danish and I either get something else or he will refund the money to me. Okay, there are two problems, first is why the store app still let me place order if there is no inventory available?! Second, why there is no one at the store to inform the customers the orders they placed online are run out. I spoke to the store manager and obviously he wasn't care at all. After few unpleasant experiences at this store, I am now going to other places to get my coffee and breakfast now.

i go to this starbucks everyday before working at the hospital. quite possibly the slowest starbucks ever. at 455am it takes them grossly 10 minutes to make my drink. literally two people in line. makes no sense. no pep in their step. starbucks must have taken their free coffee away or something but this is pathetic. currently in line for now 8 minutes and they’ve had one customer go through

First time this location and thank goodness I had no solid 🍔🍕food. I ordered my usual hot ☕️caramel macchiato with ALMOND MILK, extra caramel and another drink for my friend. So you know if your lactose intolerant your either gassy💨 or worse💩 I was hungry so I downed my macchiato. And no I never looked at that paper on my cup, I was just happy to have my macchiato.....Remembering I can see my receipt on the app, I was pissed that they put 2% milk in my drink. Not a happy person with this location.

I ordered a specialty holiday coffee and was doubled charged for the drink. When it was made, the barista didn’t garnish or prepare it the way it was supposed to be. When I pointed this out, he told me I needed to pay extra to fix it. Thanks 🥴

This is the worst one in town . So slow , never have your order ready. They actually have a trash bush in the drive thru that people decorate with random cups because they never clean it. Then after all that u get a hot coffee with no sleeve or stopper. Employees have no idea what’s even happening most of the time .

The service was great! Food and coffee are great, as always! As I was leaving Starbucks, there was a black male exiting behind my husband and I with the cashiers tip box. So unfortunate to witness. We ended up following him and he became nervous. He threw the tip box in the trash cans behind the NSB. Don't know if this helps or not. Couldn't see if he had already taken all the cash out. He yelled out that he was in need of a job. Still no excuse for his actions. Starbucks employees, please find another way to collect your tips. What happened today should not have happened and was not deserved.

Love this location… always get great customer service, thank you Ashley! but without cash, I can’t tip on my card. Please update your machines. Not fair for employees in my opinion, thanks
