Yes, yes I went to this location and I was definitely disappointed. I went inside because I needed to use the restroom and found that it was very dirty inside the Starbucks. The bathroom was horrible. I had to keep washing my hands before touching stuff when I came out to place an order, there was dirt tracks on the ground. When I was speaking with the cashier I noticed there was dirt or whatever food on the cups that they give you when you place an order, the ham and cheese, croissants, or either overly cooked or old the other people that were working on the drinks had attitudes and was short tempered. This is the only Starbucks I know that was dirty, and was not taken care of very properly like the other locations.

Bad experience here. I'm always happy to go to Starbucks. The workers are usually nice. This location had rude workers. The girl who took my order sounded like she didn't want to be there. I felt rushed when giving my order. When we went to the window she was not nice at all and kept her same rude monotone voice and was like here ....gave me my straws then again same for my drinks n then again for my napkins n walked away. Then a different girl came up and handed me my other drink, and she didn't say much at all, but she at least wasn't as bad as the previous chick. I'll never go to this location again. If you don't want to be there don't go to work or find a different job. Starbucks is a happy place that gives good service, but this location...NO. I've never been so turned off from Starbucks before. I'd rather drive out of my way or be late than to go to this location again.

While I didn’t get food, I did order a drink around 9:30AM on a Wednesday. The morning crew present were tending to their side work while also catering to a small set of customers. A very friendly, group and welcoming for sure. Thanks for the matcha drink!Vegetarian options: Egg white bites are a popular choice

It was nice inside drive thru worker took my order in thought she was by herself until I then seen 4 more come from the back which I didn't understand what was going on. Then my 1 drink still wasn't made correctly I waited for the do over. It was

I come here alot and no more. Thanks for the milk with dash of coffee l. It's a cold brew not a late.
I use this location about six days per week on the average. I am a "creature of habit" but today I had an outstanding experience. I usually order the same thing each morning. Today...as I pulled up to order, I noticed that my usual order was being typed onto the screen. All I could do was smile. I felt so appreciated by the crew at this location. Based on my experience today shows that this crew is not only extremely good but also attentive to their customers. I am just a guy getting coffee every morning and they remembered my order...exactly. Well done. This is to me the epitome of customer service. And after notifying the manager, I can see that she affects the excellent customer service I experienced...she mentioned that she is about to begin and eventually become a police officer...if she carries her attitude of customer service into that next chapter of her life, she will undoubtedly be an outstanding officer. Thank you MLK Starbucks crew. WELL DONE.
