Nonprofit culinary academy through MGM. This teaching kitchen has great food at a bargain. Menu changes seasonally but there are standard favorites. Cash and cards accepted. Hours are M-F 11am ‐ 2pm. My favorite is the chicken
Located inside the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas (CALV), the Westside Bistro is a full-service restaurant run by students in training. I've been here several times for lunch and always had great experiences. First of all, the prices for lunch are inexpensive for what you get. It was very good. I hear that they change their menu seasonally. We're going back in the Spring to check out the Spring menu. The people were friendly and the prices were great.
