Always a pleasure grabbing a coffee at this Starbucks. Lydia is always such a sweetheart! And the newer shorter gal with the black hair is awesome. Never had a bad experience here! All the staff is awesome, and they recently remodeled. I often come here if I'm at work (I work in the plaza) and need some quick coffee. Would recommend over any other Starbucks!

This Starbuck is good and quick if you just need your coffee when shopping inside Albertsons. My friend got his frap with an extra shot and they made it quick. He also wanted one of their flask so he purchased that. They only have 1 table where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or eat. They didn't have anymore food on display so I don't know if they ran out. The only person working there was polite and give us a friendly vibe.

The drinks were perfect. The service was okay, they were busy so I completely understand. The atmosphere was okay as well, the patrons sitting in the restaurant would just stare at you as you are walking in.

My husband and I just went here, another woman got here shortly after we did. Depending on we’re you search their hours say 8 or 9pm close. We all arrived around 7:15 pm only to find the doors locked and drive thru being serviced. If you’re going to have different hours for dining and drive thru let us customers be made aware of that please. Put those hours on the door as well so that is “customer’s,” don’t look like idiots coming up and pulling on the door only to have the staff ignore or lol at us as if we’re aliens. Give us more options to choose from on these reviews too. Like can’t tell you because we couldn’t get in or the staff didn’t tell us because the door was locked!
Great service and employees

I receive the best customer service at this Starbucks from Lydia D. She’s so amazing and personal with myself, my children and other customers! She’s always happy and energetic! She even remembered my order. I just love this location. I live next to Smith’s but I drive 3 extra minutes due to the great customer service. If she’s not a manager make her one. Lydia D deserves a raise. Thank you so much for your kindness everyday ? -Rayna-
I dont know if the Service is super slow in the early mornings or what but I ordered 1 drink through drive through at 540am and paid for my drink at 555am. Service was so slow the cashier didn't charge us for it. Could be just the morning crew.
Miss Lorena is very kind, always smiling and makes my drinks like it’s a one of a kind. She made me into a regular there!
Great staff good consistently coffee

Lidia is the best barista there! She makes the best drinks always like no other!! And she’s always so kind and sweet. ?????
They always make a great cup of Chocolate Almond Milk Espresso Shaken. Quick service, clean facility, and a friendly staff.
I like this time of year because you can get pumpkin Frappuccinos. I had one the other day and it was so good. The Starbucks inside of Smith's on Warm Springs and Durango is very nice because you can get your drink and something to eat from The Smiths food court and they have a place where you can sit down to eat it.
In my opinion, the best branch of the chain.
No customer service ,.. So the Barista was making drinks,.. and we were the only two customers there!!!.made eye contact with me twice,... not so much as a “hello,.. be right with you” at that point she seemed to slow down in her task. So after 3-5 minutes of dead silence, we walked out. You would figure that if you had customers willing to pay for over priced coffee, you’d greet everyone of them with a smile.A suggestion to Albertsons management, staff the Starbucks kiosk with people that actually care about customer service!!!!
