This is the number 1 Best pizza restaurant in all of Las Vegas. let's talk about their quality, first and foremost they actually make their own dough. Also, the pizza isn't as oily like other places, it doesn't give you heartburn afterwards. When you eat this pizza, it feels light, and doesn't make you feel like you regret your decisions and fall into a quick coma. The owners are friendly and passionate about their food. The food is outstanding, with huge portions, and everything is made from scratch. The authenticity is clear in every single bite.
The menu features a seafood pasta that is incredibly generous with the seafood, and the gnocchi is absolutely mouthwatering. The pizzas, like the Margherita and the Hot Honey, are perfect with an ideal, crispy crust baked in a brick oven. The spaghetti and meatballs is a huge, delicious portion. The Parma Prosciutto Panino is the BEST sandwich, served on fresh pizza bread. The Strega Italiana Panino is also absolute perfection. The garlic bread with rosemary is perfectly warm, and the Shrimp Limoncello is very tasty. For dessert, the tiramisu is delicious. The Artisan pizza is fantastic, and the pepperoni and sausage are not the bag stuff. The cost is right in line with what you would be willing to pay. This is a must-visit for anyone who loves real, high-quality pizza.
