I’ve never had an experience like this at any Starbucks. My daughter simply asked for a cup of water after a long day at the park, and the barista refused to give her one — saying she had to order something first. There was no offer to charge for the water or provide any alternative. We were both dehydrated and shocked by how dismissive the staff was.
Customer service should always include basic kindness and compassion, especially for something as simple as water. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll be taking my business to Dutch Bros — they truly understand what good customer service looks like.

Mary & Jayden always go out of their way to smile and greet me. My coffee is always perfect and I never have any issues with waiting for it. The place is always clean and everyone is very friendly.

I went to the drive-through and they saw me drop my drink. It was my fault and they made me a new one. They’re super attentive the afternoon shift 12 noon on a Saturday was very pleasant!

Love Starbucks! Food, drinks, staff great at this location. But I couldn’t use the baby changer in the bathroom. It’s not safe. I hope the owner fixes this.

Quite literally one of the worst run Starbucks I've been to. 5 small orders waiting in the lobby with my order being the last. 15 minutes from the moment I swipe my card to get my drink. Granted the drive through was busy as usual, but I feel this is definitely a sign of bad management (coming from former management). I've frequent much busier stores and it's never this bad waiting for an order. Apparently after reading the other reviews, this store is known to make lobby orders wait and prioritize drive through orders. I made a suggestion to Mary (the shift lead) and I got a very generic "we're sorry". They got a good team back there, it's just not managed well.

In all my years of going to Starbucks I have never been charged for extra milk. My drink cost 3.20 and they charged me 3.45 for extra milk. I was genuinely shocked. Although the cashier and barista were nice, I’m never going back.

I clumsily spilt my full cup of coffee, and Alona and NyJwaim were not only quick to help, but remade my drink without even asking. Certainly was appreciated, thank you guys for the culture u have at this location

This Starbucks manager on duty today Dec.18th at 4:54pm is so inconsiderate and needs to understand that making customers wait 15 minutes due to your mistake is very nerve racking! I promise you I’ll never step foot in your Starbucks location ever again period!!

Drive-through line was so long I went inside once inside I placed my order and then I sat there and watched my drink. Sit there for five minutes instead of it handed to me just so the people before me wouldn’t be upset that my drink was done first the whole reason why I came inside was so I didn’t have to wait in a long line ended up waiting longer inside for my drink and outside.
