Ordered through the app and after 15 minutes still no coffee. Went to the cashier who I believe was the supervisor and was unsure what happened with the app order but it did not cross over to their system. He did decide to make the coffee without me having to reorder and pay. On my way out, he handed me 2 gift cards due to the inconvenience.

Super friendly folks, excellent space, easy parking, drive through, great merch, easy access just minutes to the the strip.

After the confusion of leaving the strip I stumbled, confused, into the Starbucks.

Brandon greeted me, guessed my name…I’d pre-ordered…and made me feel welcome.
Great smile, friendly, and a delicious latte was mine.

This location is always timely, staff are friendly, and the store is very clean, inside and out. It has a large indoor seating area, and covered outdoor seating. I've never had a bad experience here. Never been chastised for getting someone's pronouns wrong either. Just saying...
