Great environment, Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frapp 👌
First Starbucks I have been to that gave horrible service. Went in around 12pm today, no line, four staff standing in the corner and not ONE greeted , smile or took my order. Did not feel welcomed at all. Not asking for a whole conversation but at least be considerate to your customers. Coffee was good and the lady who handed my brew was probably the only nice one there.
The young tall lady was wonderful, but this morning the other 2 ladies would talk to, smile at and offer straws to the people of their own race only. Basically, ignoring the other people not of their race and just handing them the coffe with a frown. I watched this happen for about 10 minutes and it never changed. Needs to be investigated.
